Education: BS Business Management, Tennessee Tech University
Personal Background: My wife Kim and I have been married for 32 years and have two grown children. We own our unit with our good friends Jeff and Angie Graham. Jeff and I married into the Sugar Beach vacation tradition. Our wives have been vacationing at Sugar Beach since the Mid 70's and we continued the family tradition with our families. It was our family's dream of owning a vacation condo at Sugar Beach and we want to ensure that our grandchildren can bring their families to Sugar Beach in the future.
Professional Background: I have over 30 years of Operational Management, Sales Management, and High-Level Corporate Management, growing successful profitable businesses. Additionally, I have owned a successful small retail business as well as a Large Manufacturing Facility. My extensive experience has allowed me the opportunity to successfully work within all levels of a business.
Association Experience: I have previously served for 6 years on our Neighborhood Homeowners Association as the Vice President and President. During my tenure we dramatically increased the number of Homeowners who were actively involved in the community. We achieved this by listening to homeowners and creating multiple committees that worked with the board in providing a vision and goals for the neighborhood. Through this process, we were able to add sidewalks, streetlights and a neighborhood playground at no additional cost to the homeowners and without raising monthly dues.
Comments About Board Candidacy: Having previously served as a COA Board Member, I understand some of the difficulties and challenges the board is facing. As a board member I believe we need a collaborative effort from all owners and to make decisions on what is best. This can be achieved through communication, owner volunteers, and creating a respectable positive environment. I understand the commitment that is required and time that is needed to be an involved board member. I look forward to serving the owners in a professional and respectful manner.

My name is Wendy Moyer. My husband and I have owned at Sugar Beach since 2014. We have managed our own rental properties for over 15 years. We are residents of Bay County.
I am running for the board to promote positive change and improvements for the owners of Sugar Beach. Owner's deserve transparency and accountability from their Board and CAM.
I share a vested interest with you in Sugar Beach's success and am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards for our community and complex.
I currently serve as a board member and committee manager of 5 Committees at Tidewater Beach Resort. I have experience in budget preparation, I have seen firsthand how responsible financial management should work and would love to share this knowledge with Sugar Beach.
I would ensure Sugar Beach owners have full access to how their money is being spent and prioritize the interests of property owners over personal agendas and careless management.
Your vote would be greatly appreciated as we work together to reach the potential Sugar Beach deserves.

Background: Current owner of 2 units at Sugar Beach and another property in Panama City Beach, owning in PCB since 2022.
Personal: Married for 26 years with two children in college. I live full-time in Atlanta but visit Panama City at least quarterly to check on my properties and address any issues or upgrades.
Vision for Sugar Beach: I am putting my name in the ring to run for the board at Sugar Beach because I see how special Sugar Beach is in the middle of all the high rise condotels. We have a great complex in a great location. Since I have become an owner at Sugar Beach, I have seen expensive owner assessments and raised COA fees but I haven't seen what the Board has done to explore other areas of revenue that could help offset the need for higher COA dues or additional assessments. I would promise to listen to all owners, answer questions and ensure that when an owner wants to speak, their voice is heard. I would also work to ensure that the Board acts as transparent as possible and provide clear communication so that owners are not left guessing about what is going on.
