Financials

Owners are paying more today than they ever have, and are getting less and less for their money. We have a vision to add income to the bottom line and helps keep owner costs to a minimum.

• Increase Income through maximizing current income sources and creating new streams of income
  • Optimize current revenue sources and develop new income streams that benefit all owners.
  • Look for opportunities to renegotiate contracts.
  • Capture 100% of Guest Fees
  • Explore creative income generating ideas. Example: Ice Vending Machine, Shaved Ice Cart, Tiki Bar (approved), Food Truck, etc
  • Increase income from guests through increased occupancy rates by creating a marketing flow to all former guests. (More occupancy = More Guest Fees vs Increased Quarterly assessments)
• Reduce Costs
  • Review and renegotiate existing vendor contracts to secure better rates
  • Implement a transparent bidding process requiring three bids to ensure competitive pricing and quality
  • Evaluate in-house solutions for services currently outsourced to determine if they can be handled more efficiently and cost-effectively by our own staff.
