Are you affiliated with Sugar Beach Condominiums COA?

No — we’re independent owners seeking positions on the Board. This site isn’t affiliated with Sugar Beach Condominiums COA or its current board.

Why do you want to join the board?

We believe Sugar Beach deserves better leadership — a board who listens to ALL owners, provides transparency, makes financially responsible decisions, and restores professionalism.

Are you trying to push costly amenities that will cause COA increases or assessments?

We are open to exploring ways to improve facilities and amenities at Sugar Beach as long as those are fiscally smart decisions that Owners agree with. Items that will help increase our property values. We are not looking to just force amenities to owners and increase owner costs.
