You will soon receive your election packet in your email or US mail containing your ballot, instructions, and proxy form from the Sugar Beach Condominiums COA.

• Complete your ballot by selecting your chosen candidates
• If you can’t attend the annual meeting in person, complete the proxy form appointing someone to vote on your behalf
• Return your ballot/proxy per the instructions prior to the deadline

For those of you who have provided Electronic Consent, you will receive this same packet via E-Mail, and you have the option to vote online or print your proxy and mail it in.
