How to Vote

You will soon receive your election packet in your email or US mail containing your ballot, instructions, and proxy form from the Sugar Beach Condominiums COA.

Your vote is critical — we need a quorum to hold elections!

• Complete your ballot by selecting your chosen candidates
• If you can’t attend the annual meeting in person, complete the proxy form appointing someone to vote on your behalf
• Return your ballot/proxy per the instructions prior to the deadline

For those of you who have provided Electronic Consent, you will receive this same packet via E-Mail, and you have the option to vote online or print your proxy and mail it in.

• Simply Click the link in the email you receive.
• You'll need to set up an account, and a password. Remember this in case you need to go back and check your vote

• You will get an email confirmation cofirming your vote
